    AI or LLM costs apply only when an automation includes AI-driven processing such as document intelligence, reasoning layers, or autonomous agent logic. Usage and cost guidance are clearly defined to maintain predictable budgeting. 

  • Can I build custom workflows?

    Yes. You can build your own Workflow Automation, AI Workflow, AI Agents, or Agentic AI solutions. Define business objects, validation rules, and decision logic, and deploy as a managed automation under the annual pricing model. 

  • Can I start with predefined automations?

    Yes. The Automation Hub includes production-ready workflows with clearly listed annual pricing. You can deploy these as-is or customize them based on your requirements. 

  • Is 24×7 support included?

    Yes. 24×7 global product support is included with every automation. This includes monitoring guidance, managed updates, and lifecycle support. 

  • Are Dev, Test, and Production environments priced differently?

    Yes. Production environments are billed at the standard annual rate. Dev and Test environments are available at approximately one-third of the Production cost each, enabling structured development and testing without full duplication of production pricing.  

  • Are connectors priced separately?

    No. There is no connector-based pricing model. ERP, eCommerce, SCM, PLM, CRM, WMS, EDI, and other supported systems do not require separate connector fees. 

  • Do I pay per transaction?

    No for non-LLM automations. There are no per-transaction, per-execution, or volume-based charges for standard workflow automations. You can run unlimited transactions under the annual pricing model.

    If an automation includes AI or LLM processing, usage guidance is clearly defined in advance. 

  • What is the minimum commitment?

    Each automation is billed annually with a minimum 1-year commitment. Pricing is structured per automation, and you can renew yearly based on your business needs.
