Integration Bridge Share Feature

Overview

The Integration Bridge Share feature allows users to share a created Integration Bridge (IB) with user groups.
It enables collaboration and reusability across teams by providing controlled access to shared integrations.

Shared Integration Bridges become visible and usable to selected groups for execution, monitoring, and reuse.

What Is the Integration Bridge Share Feature?

The Integration Bridge Share feature is a collaboration function that allows owners to share an Integration Bridge with one or more user groups.
It provides group-based access to the same integration configuration.

Key Characteristics

The Share feature includes the following functional characteristics.

  • Enables sharing of an Integration Bridge with one or more user groups
  • Allows users within the same group to access and collaborate
  • Makes Integration Bridges visible and usable to selected groups
  • Supports execution, monitoring, and reuse by shared users

How It Works

Once an Integration Bridge is created, the owner can share it with other user groups using the Share option.
Selected groups are granted access to the same Integration Bridge configuration.

  • The owner initiates the sharing process
  • Available user groups are displayed
  • Selected groups receive access
  • The Integration Bridge becomes visible to those groups

Only the owner of the Integration Bridge can perform the sharing action.

When to Use

The Integration Bridge Share feature should be used when multiple teams or user groups need access to the same integration.

  • When collaboration across teams is required
  • When reuse of existing Integration Bridges is needed
  • When shared monitoring or execution is required
  • When standardizing integrations across groups

How to Configure / How to Use

To share an Integration Bridge with user groups, follow these steps.

  • Log in to the eZintegrations Platform
  • Navigate to the Integration Bridge section from the left-hand menu
  • Locate the Integration Bridge you want to share
  • Click the Share icon on the right side of the Integration Bridge entry
  • In the Share Integration Bridge pop-up, review the list of available user groups
  • Select one or more user groups
  • Click the Save button to confirm sharing

After saving, the Integration Bridge is shared with the selected user groups.

Troubleshooting

If an Integration Bridge cannot be shared, review the following points.

  • Verify that you are the owner of the Integration Bridge
  • Ensure at least one user group is selected
  • Confirm that the Save button was clicked
  • Refresh the interface and check sharing status

Only owners are permitted to share Integration Bridges.
