Overview
The My Profile section in eZintegrations allows Organization Admins and Organization Users to view, manage, and update personal information, security settings, and integration preferences.
It provides a centralized interface to manage account details and access organization-wide features based on assigned permissions.
When to Use
Use the My Profile section when you need to update personal details, configure security settings, manage API credentials, or customize account preferences.

How It Works
The My Profile section displays role-based settings and options. Organization Admins and Users see different controls depending on assigned permissions.
Changes made within this section are validated and applied instantly across the eZintegrations platform.
Personal Information
The Personal Information area displays core user details and allows updates to ensure accuracy across the platform.
Fields Available to All Users
- First Name*: Your given name (required).
- Last Name*: Your surname (required).
- Work Email*: Primary business email used for notifications and login.
- Phone Number*: Contact number for verification.
Additional Fields for Organization Admins
- Job Title*: Your role (for example, CXO or General Manager).
- Employees*: Company size range (for example, 501–1500 Employees).
- Company*: Organization name.
- Country*: Location of headquarters.
- Company Address: Full physical address.
Security & Feature Toggles
Toggle switches control access to advanced security and AI-driven features. Visibility and availability vary based on user roles.
Toggles Visible to Organization Admins
- Enable Multi Factor Authentication: Adds an extra layer of security using authenticator apps or SMS.
- Enable Goldfinch Analytics: Grants access to the Bizdata Internal Data Lake for advanced analytics, insights, and reporting.
- Enable Goldfinch AI: Activates Goldfinch AI and enables the Agent Memory feature.
- Enable Agent Memory: Persists conversation context for AI agents (visible only when Goldfinch AI is enabled).
Toggles Visible to Organization Users
- Enable Multi Factor Authentication: Enhances account security.
- Enable Agent Memory: Retains AI interaction history (visible only when enabled by administrators).
All toggle settings take effect immediately upon activation.
API Settings
The API Settings section enables users to generate and manage secure credentials for real-time and API-based integrations using APIs, Webhooks, and WebSockets.
APIs
Users can generate a Base URL, Client ID, and Client Secret to securely access Bizdata APIs for system integrations and data exchange.

Webhook
Webhooks receive real-time event data from external systems. Users can register webhook URLs in eZintegrations to capture incoming POST requests and route data into pipelines.
This feature is suitable for one-way, event-triggered notifications such as form submissions and payment confirmations.
WebSocket
WebSockets establish persistent, full-duplex connections for real-time two-way communication.
They support live updates, streaming data ingestion, dashboards, chat systems, and IoT data flows.
Actions Users Can Perform
- Generate Client ID and Client Secret for secure authentication
- View secret expiry details
- Regenerate or delete compromised or expired credentials
- Use credentials in workflows, APIs, webhooks, and WebSocket connections
Profile Image Upload
Users can upload a profile image to personalize their account. Supported formats include JPG, JPEG, and PNG with a maximum size of 200KB.
Click Add Profile or Change Profile to select and upload an image. The preview updates instantly.
Company Logo Upload (Organization Admins Only)
Organization Admins can upload a company logo for branding consistency across the platform.
Supported formats include JPG, JPEG, and PNG with a maximum size of 100KB.
Click Add Company Logo to upload the logo. The logo appears in headers, reports, and shared views.
Update Profile
All profile changes can be saved using the Update button.
The system validates required fields and confirms successful updates before applying changes across eZintegrations.
