The My Profile section in eZintegrations allows Organization Admins and Organization Users to view and update personal details, security settings, and integration preferences.
It provides a simple, centralized place to manage your account and access organization-wide features based on admin permissions.
Personal Information:
The Personal Information area displays core user details and allows updates to maintain accuracy across the platform.
Fields Available to All Users:
- First Name*: Your given name (required).
- Last Name*: Your surname (required).
- Work Email*: Primary business email used for notifications and login.
- Phone Number*: Contact number for verification
Additional Fields for Organization Admins:
- Job Title*: Your role (e.g., CXO/General Manager).
- Employees*: Company size range (e.g., 501 – 1500 Employees).
- Company*: Organization name.
- Country*: Location of headquarters.
- Company Address: Full physical address.
Security & Feature Toggles:
Toggle switches control access to advanced security and AI-driven features, with visibility varying by role.
Toggles Visible to Organization Admins:
- Enable Multi Factor Authentication: Adds an extra layer of security via authenticator apps or SMS.
- Enable Goldfinch Analytics: Grants access to the Bizdata Internal Data Lake for the admin and all users in the organization, enabling advanced analytics, insights, and reporting

Enable Goldfinch AI: Activates the Goldfinch AI and makes the Enable Agent Memory toggle visible for both organization admins and users.
- Enable Agent Memory: (Visible only if Goldfinch AI is enabled) Persists conversation context for AI agents.
Toggles Visible to Organization Users:
- Enable Multi Factor Authentication: Enhances account security.
- Enable Agent Memory: (Visible only if admin enables Goldfinch AI) Retains AI interaction history.
Toggles apply instantly upon activation.
API Settings:
Generate and manage secure credentials for real-time and API-based integrations using APIs, Webhook, and WebSockets.
APIs: Generate your Base URL, Client ID, and Client Secret directly from the API Settings section to securely access all Bizdata APIs.

Webhook: `Receive real-time event data from external systems. Register your webhook URL in eZintegrations to capture incoming POST requests and route data into pipelines. Ideal for one-way, event-triggered notifications (e.g., form submissions, payment confirmations).
WebSocket: Establish a persistent, full-duplex connection for real-time two-way communication. Push live updates from eZintegrations to clients or ingest streaming data as a source. Perfect for live dashboards, chat, or IoT data flows.
Actions Users Can Perform:
- Generate Client ID and Client Secret: Credentials required for authentication and secure communication across APIs, Webhooks, and WebSockets.
- View Secret Expiry: Each generated secret has an expiry period to maintain security.
- Regenerate or Delete Secrets: If credentials expire or are compromised, users can regenerate or delete them.
- Use Client Credentials: These credentials can be used in integration workflows, external API calls, webhook registrations, or WebSocket connections.
Profile Image Upload:
Upload a profile picture to personalize your account (up to 200KB in jpg, jpeg, or png format).
Click Add Profile or Change Profile to select and upload an image. The preview updates instantly.
Company Logo Upload (Organization Admins Only):
Admins can upload a company logo for branding consistency (up to 100KB in jpg, jpeg, or png format).
Click Add Company Logo to upload. The logo appears in headers, reports, and shared views.
Update Profile:
Save all changes with a single click to apply updates instantly across eZintegrations.
When Goldfinch Analytics is Enabled:
Once the admin activates Goldfinch Analytics, both the organization admin and users gain access to the Bizdata Internal Data Lake.
This enables users to perform advanced analytics, generate insights, and explore data-driven reports across their connected systems.
